Anti-Neglect Inspectors seek out and address neglected and/or abandoned buildings that are potentially dangerous. Cases are opened and systematically managed to bring such buildings to a safe condition. Property owners failing to comply with the City's anti-neglect ordinances are issued citations and subsequently fined if problems are not corrected within the time allotted.
