Consumers who register a complaint will be notified of all inspection results related to the complaint.
Complaints are handled within (24) twenty-four hours during normal business hours.
Consumers can email complaints to our office at Weights@memphistn.gov or call (901) 528-2946 and leave a detailed message on the answering service.
Telephone complaints must include the following information to be properly investigated:
- Name of person filing complaint:
- Telephone number of person filing complaint:
- Name of Business:
- Address of Business:
- Give grade of gas and pump number if the complaint is for a fuel dispenser.
- Give location of scale in business if the complaint is for scales.
