The Division of Parks and Neighborhoods supports an active civic culture reflective of the diversity of the community's voices. Parks and Neighborhoods consists of seven service centers, which include Park Services, Memphis Public Library system, Memphis Music Commission, Memphis and Shelby County Office of Reentry, Office of Community Affairs and Memphis Animal Services.
