The City of Memphis offers interpretation services for limited or non-English speaking residents in the City of Memphis. This service interprets English to more than 150 languages.    If you have an issue or questions about your city services, don't worry -  "We Speak Your Language".  Please feel free to call the 3-1-1 Call Center at (901) 636-6500 or The Memphis Public Library at 2-1-1 or (901) 415-2700.   If you have additional questions regarding these services, call the Office of Community Affairs at (901) 636-6507.
