ProceduresAn investigation by the Memphis Police Department's office of Internal Affairs must be completed prior to filing a complaint with the Civilian Law Enforcement Review Board. If you received your letter from Internal Affairs and you are not satisfied with the results, then you may contact the Civilian Review Board office to file a complaint with the Civilian Review Board. MeetingsThe monthly meeting are held on the first Thursday of each month. The meetings are held on the Second Floor in the Conference. The monthly meetings are open to the public. The meetings begin promptly at
