Neighborhood Relations is a unit of the Office of Youth Services and Community Affairs. It serves as a link between the City of Memphis' departments and the citizens by serving as the official neighborhood outreach office. The goal of the office is to provide outstanding customer service and helpful information to the citizens of Memphis with a special emphasis on Memphis' 355 organized neighborhood associations.

The Office of Community Affairs provides a direct link between the communities of Memphis and the Mayor's Office.
This office works with the Mayor's Citizen Service Center to help implement community programs, insure quality
customer service, and foster good community relations.

The responsibility of the Office of Youth Services is to address issues challenging the youth
of the Memphis community. This office coordinates with youth and youth serving agencies to assist in evaluating unmet needs;
to assist in implementing special initiatives to address youth-related concerns; and to engender support and to advocate a
higher quality of life for children and youth.
